Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 July 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the Vedatricks Integration Hub (“the Service”) provided by Vedatricks Technologies Private Limited (“Vedatricks”).

1. The Service

The Integration Hub receives leads from a customer’s connected sources (such as Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads and website forms), standardizes them, and delivers them to the customer’s designated systems. The Service is provided to businesses (“Customers”) for their internal use.

2. Accounts & access

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sign-in credentials and API keys, and for all activity under their account. Access to connected platforms is granted by the Customer through each platform’s official authorization flow and may be revoked by the Customer at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Customers agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, to obtain all necessary consents for the leads they collect, and to comply with the terms and policies of any connected platform, including the Meta Platform Terms. Customers must not use the Service to process data they are not authorized to handle.

4. Data

Each Customer retains ownership of its lead data. Vedatricks processes that data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Customers may export or request deletion of their data at any time.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be affected by third-party platforms (such as Meta) over which we have no control.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Vedatricks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, or for lead delivery failures caused by third-party platforms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
