Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 July 2026. This policy explains how Vedatricks Technologies Private Limited (“Vedatricks”, “we”) handles data within the Vedatricks Integration Hub (“the Service”).

1. Who we are

Vedatricks Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62012KA2025PTC209058, GSTIN 29AALCV4654M1ZH), Bengaluru, Karnataka 560109, India, operates the Integration Hub — a platform that connects a business’s lead sources (such as Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads and website forms) to that business’s own CRM and internal systems.

2. Our role

For lead data belonging to our business customers (“Clients”), Vedatricks acts as a data processor on the Client’s behalf. The Client is the data controller for the leads they collect. We process that data only to provide the Service the Client has configured.

3. What we collect

• Lead data submitted through a connected source — typically name, email address, phone number, and the responses a person provides in a lead form.
• Connection metadata — the identifiers of connected Pages, ad accounts and forms, and the campaign a lead came from.
• Access tokens granted by a Client to authorize access to their assets. Tokens are encrypted at rest and never displayed after they are stored.
• Administrator account data — the email and name of Client staff who sign in to manage the Service.

4. How we use it

We use lead data solely to receive, standardize, and deliver leads to the destinations the Client has configured (their CRM or internal products). We use connection metadata and tokens only to retrieve leads from the authorized sources. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or process it for any purpose beyond delivering the Service.

5. Access to third-party platforms

We access data from platforms such as Meta only when a Client explicitly grants permission through the platform’s official authorization flow (for example, Facebook Login for Business). Our use of information received from the Meta Platform complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. A Client can revoke this access at any time from their Meta Business settings, which immediately stops our access.

6. Sharing

Lead data is delivered only to the Client’s own designated systems. We share data with sub-processors (such as our hosting provider) strictly as needed to run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose data if required by law.

7. Retention & deletion

We retain lead data only as long as needed to deliver it and for the Client’s configured retention window. A Client may request deletion of their data at any time; see our Data Deletion page. When a connection is removed, its tokens are deleted.

8. Security

Access tokens are encrypted using AES-256. All inbound webhooks are cryptographically signature-verified. Each connected product authenticates with its own API key, and the Service runs over TLS. Administrative access is protected by authenticated sessions.

9. Your rights

Individuals whose data we process on a Client’s behalf may exercise access, correction and deletion rights by contacting the relevant Client (the data controller) or us at the address below, and we will assist the Client in responding.
